For all you Widow fellas,  any significant performance difference between the newer Widows and one from say 2001?

I know there was a big change in the method they are made, along with some design tweaks in 03-04.

Specifically would a 2001 3 piece Autumn Oak be much different in shooting/handling/performance then a modern PSA III in the same specs?????

I have had many Widows, even one that I had built in 2011. My favorite Widow that I ever had was a 2001 PSA V. While I do not shoot a Widow now, I think that you would be very happy with a 2001 PSA. That is just my 2 cents.

I used to shoot them. My first was a MA in 1994 and the last was a PSA in 2003. I couldn't tell a difference.

Widow changed limb forms in ,I believe, 2000. Same form today, just added phenoclic.

Had a 95,99,and 2001 all MA's.I preferred the shot feel of the 95.As for performance, very little(2fps) gain w/ the newer limbs.
Note;Wish I had older limbs w/ a Asbell grip MA.
