Nice job!  I still like the ones you put together from scraps too though.

I fully understand Mr. prairie Drifter posted some more fancy bows I built than this one, but this one I could actually shoot, the other fancy ones are only good to about 26" of draw.  So the cat's otta the bag now,  I guess it's time to start building eye candy.

Mike you build some real nice bows. Have you though about doing some 59 repros?

Mike~  Thanks again for putting up with my requests...Jake (13) is going to love it and is drooling over it already.  Mike is shipping it to Dave Conroy (YORNOC) for a little bull snake magic that he does so well.  This was a last minute Christmas request from Jake and he agreed to wait until his bow was built, so he only got a few gifts on Christmas day.  I kept telling him it would be worth the wait...hard to convince a 13 year old of that but he has hung in there.  It won't be long now!!

Hawk, (Bill Browning)  The inspiration for the recurves I make now, with the subtle curve on the riser, and the low brace ht, comes from the old bear recurve, and a bit of the pearson cougar.  I like those old simple designs and trying to bring them back.
