I saw in the TBM about the shrink tubing for fletching wraps, anyone do this and do you have pics?
Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a
difference in the world, but the Marines don't have that problem.

The pics in TBM weren't enough? Looks neat. I have some "rough" shafts that I didn't put wraps on that were scraped up bad when I stripped the fletch off. Just might try this. Wonder how the noise is going across the shelf.

I saw that in TBM and bought some of the shrink tubing to try, seems like a nice idea.

I saw that in TBM as well. Looks like it would work fine. My drawback to it is, that much weight on the rear of the shaft reduces my FOC.

Good idea, but I would just use the wraps...less weight.

Whats the advantage over regular wraps ?

Bowsey Wails

Advantage during removal. There is know glue to deal with. Wraps use adhesive.

read the article. 3x on the weight. Sooner or later somebody is going to make shrink wrap tubes thinner. They already make it in sheets. But at thinness not sure about durability. My arrows take a lot of abuse.

Should be zero, that part of the shaft should not be touching the shelf as the arrow passes.
