Is there anything I can cheaply put on my feathers to protect them from the weather? or just shooting a bad shot in the dirt and them getting moisture on them.
If it is easy where is the fun. That is why I use a stick and string. The only sight I need is with my eyes.

For protection from rain I have used fly tying "dope". It is used for helping to waterproof flies. You can get it at your local flyfishing shop. One container lasts a long time. You can also reapply over time.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

I use Black Magic tire wet. You can get a can from most automotive stores. One can will last you along time. Works real well.

Bjorn

Black Magic Tire Wet works for me too. And I tried the powder-that's not for me...............

I use CAP No Snow and have never had an issue.  It is ok on dipped and crested arrows too.

Natural barred turkey feathers have a natural oil water repellant in them. They seem to me to be a lot stiffer than domestic feathers too.

I was using No Snow until I got a can that had the No Snow label over what is the actual product they are rebranding. See pictures.

If you can find No Snow on sale it is about $11. if you can find the rebranded product it can be bought for substantially less. While it says it protects leather and suede from water and oil-based stains...it clearley does more.
