Bear Paw Commemorative longbow

Does anyone have experience with these bows or know anything about them?

The guy who owns it doesn't know who built it.
I thought it was possibly built by Neil Jacobsen, but I haven't found any info on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Neil builds the "Bear's Paw". if it is marked "Bear Paw" I doubt Neil Built it.
