I finally got a chance this morning to put Teresa's stuff to the real test.

I woke up to 16 degrees and wind chills in the single digits but hunt was in my head anyway.

I put on a shirt similar to what foot ball players wear, then a very thin merino wool sweater/shirt. Next I put on a thin shirt with some wind block so I'd have my arms protected from the wind, then my Asbell "sherpa" vest. Over all this I pulled on my Evening Stand Green hooded pullover.

I used my stretchy pullover face mask. I can't remember what material that my beanie is made of but it and my extra large fedora.

I can honestly say that with Teresa's wool I never felt the cold at all.

Thank you Teresa for making such fine products at such reasonable prices.

God bless,Mudd

You must have looked like the Pilsbury dough boy...LOL!!!   :biglaugh:   My next question.....did you see anything??

Maybe I did but I know I was warm and I also believe that instead of the deer seeing the dough boy, I was hoping I was invisible. Therefore they would see nothing, which is exactly what I saw...lol

I'm well pleased with my Asbell Mackinaw in the cold.  Only problem is getting it off when worn over a wool sweater.  I look like a video of a snake swallowing an egg played in reverse.   :jumper:    One of her wind-blocker vests in between helps.

Glad you stayed warm, Mudd.  Always a battle for me.  When I am warm I can draw 100#, but I don't like to shoot over 60# if I am going to be stationary/cold.  Glad her clothes are working out for you.

As long as you were warm Roy....LOL! I have 2 of the pull overs and just love them!!

Mudd you need to co-op with her and have her make you a Robin Hood "Winter" hat you can wear.
