A lot of work but could pay off in huge dividends. If you have tender Green grass, the deer will use that area more especially if it is secluded and they feel safe. You will find Turkeys will gravitate here as well.

You could sit near it and have deer majically appear before you as they exit the tall grass.

The initial cut would be the worst. You coyuld try and find someone with a brush hog or use a big cycle. Sending Catherine to go mow it all summer, not so much
