QuoteHow many of you Hidden Hunter users have got the shoot-thru mesh windows?
I have them but have only used 1 or two for viewing off to the side. The black interior of the blind hides you and I've never had a problem with critters seeing me in the open window.

If you look very closely you might be able to see my wife in this blind. She's not wearing a mask or face camo.

I have the hidden hunter and use it for antelope. Is it perfect no but is a good blind yes. I shoot 66-68inch selfbows and cant more than I should and sometimes have trouble hitting the blind, it is my cant not the blind. If I shoot more up and down no issues. I like that you can use the mesh or not and that it is velcroed in place nice and tight that makes a difference in the flight of my self arrows.

I make a small shooting hole in the mesh and try and shoot threw it, does it limit my range you bet but I am after antelope and they like to water at the same spot most of the time. See picture, I can still shoot threw mesh if I need to.

What you hope to see

Spokes at bottom hurt when kneeling for extended periods waiting for a lope to come in but I fixed that buy bringing a small kneeling pad. I use a lounge chair that sits really low and I kneel as stated above to shoot.

Sorry for the late response. I'm 6'4" and I fit comfortably in the blind. I shoot a 60" Centaur longbow. I too thought the wire would get in the way but it doesn't. I set it up in my backyard and shoot at my 3D target. I would try what Ron said about adding a carpet over the floor. But I don't think it is necessary.

I find this blind to be so easy to set up and tear down. I look forward using this blind in my up coming deer hunt.

Here's the video demo. Note, the first blind shown is the 5X5 blind which is the smaller version for gun hunting. The 6X6 is the one for bowhunting.
