Getting ready to get serious with my tree saddle. I was wondering what you all used for the top plat form? I hunt public land so screw in steps are not an option. Thanks for any input!

I use  Quido's web same idea. For getting in the tree I use rapid rails. I then have a strap with four tree steps slip on it at the same level as the top of the rapid rail. You will need one of those screw in bow holders. The folding short one works great. 1st year hunting out of mine and I won't be hunting out of anything else from now on. Hope this helps. Greg

I don't like the strap-ons. For several years I have used the lonewolf sticks. I also use two screw ins. Most of my standing is using the top stick and one screw in. Strap-ons if on public land.

I just got a set of the Climb Paws Top Paws. They are world's more comfortable to stand on than any of the other screw-in/strap-on steps I've tried. I use them in conjunction with some Rapid Rails, and it's a pretty slick setup.

I'm curious if you are still liking the Climb Paws??? Do you have any new insights on them? I ask because I'm trying to decide what to use for a foot platform with my Guido's and my Treesaddle.

Had a friend make a small platform that actually fits on the top of the final lone wolf stick.  Pretty slick. . .

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.
