Powerball

Hi Friends,

I had an accident on my left elbow while doing some BTT at the end of September, the bone, the tendom and the triceps of my elbow broke. I am attending everyday to my physical theraphy and now, I am into the process of gainning strenght on my arm, specially on the triceps. My question is, does any of you use, or recommend the use, of a powerball to train specifically for shooting a bow?.
