36# @ 28" : need advice on carbons

My wife shoots a nice R/D longbow at this poundage. Tried GT 3555's, full length, and Carbon Express Heritage 90's, and while they end up about where they're pointed, no combination gets good arrow flight,and the GPP is high for light poundage.
Looking at some .600 spines, and having some trouble interpreting the specs, but even these appear to be a little stiff, possibly.
I shoot her bow at 27" draw, and don't get much better results.
Anyone actually shoot 36# or so, and have good luck with carbons... which ones?

A friend on mine shoots GT Entrada 600 Ultralight out of a 35# Zipper.They fly great for him,bareshafted fine.They weigh right around 360 grs with a 145 gr. point.There is also GT 15/35,Heritage 75 and Carbon Express Predator II 20/40 these all have a .600 spine.

Carbon Tech makes a 600 spine arrow in the Cheetah line, I think..

The Carbon Express web site lists a .800 spine in the Predator II. Maybe just right.
 My wife's bow is 33lb@28 and she has been shooting a .600 spine left long and 175gr tips. But they are still a little stiff with her shorter draw. I think they weight about 380gr.

Slight correction here: The bow is 40# @ 28", she actually draws about 26", so I figure 34-35#.

Try a .600 spine carbon. That way, you can always shorten em if they're too limber and it will keep the weight down. And if theyre too stiff, you can add weight. Carbon express makes a Heritage 75 thats a .611 spine. I'm partial to carbon express, but a word of warning that I have learned is the nocks on the Heritage 90 and 75 are so fragile (and they are only available from carbon express; special size) they aren't worth using. Gold Tip makes a 15/35 Traditional with a .600 spine and Big Jims may have some blems in stock to try out to save some cash. Some place on "the big auction site" usually sells shafts in half dozens as well. My girlfriend shoots 35# and we make arrows from poplar dowels from Lowes     :D    Thats always an option.

LAS has the Predator carbons in light spines. They are a good price and Connie shot them in here 3D bow this summer.

We carry the very light spine Predator II's and they are an excellent match for bows in your weight range, which is why we carry them.  You are probably between a .700 and .800 depending on your set up particulars (desired point weight, center cut, draw/arrow length).

Beman 600s with a 75 gr insert plus broadhead and a long arrow would probably work well
