I have a bow (Recurve) that may have a twisted limb.  What's the best way to determine if it is twisted?

JParanee

When the b ow is trung look down the string and see if it is centered in the limb

I draw it to full draw and let it down slowly. If there is a twist it won't line up in the limb groove or it pops into the groove.
The man who thinks he can and the man who thinks he can't are both right!!!

Sometimes when you draw and let down can you hear the string moving in and out of the string groove up the belly if there are string grooves there. Also you can sight down the bow with the curves up and see the if twist is there.
Some folks lay the bow on a glass table top with the curves up and see if it wobbles. I prefer to sight down the bow.
