Got another rooki question. Tuned up some Trad lites for hunting this fall. Got them shooting pretty good but they're a little lite. Is painting them to add weight an option? what is the best for paint? Will it change tuning much?I wonder what amount of weight it will add? Worth the effort?? thks Jim G

I've painted the end for a crown and then crested them. But I don't think painting the whole shaft will not add that much weight and might affect your tune.I usally prefer to tune with more weight up front to increase overall weight. But also Trad's and Trad Lite's are very forgiving.I have both and on my Trad's I added another 50 grs' upfront and it still shot the same as the ones with 50 less grains.
