KME knife sharpener= Awesome

I bought the KME knife sharpener from Jake at the Kalamazoo show in Jan. and havent spent much time with it till recently,  even the sharpening challenged like myself can get things sharp  with it.  I let a knucklehead from work "sharpen" one of my knifes and I thought I was going to have to throw it away, but the KME brought it back to life, AWESOME product!.....DB

Just don't use too much pressure with the diamond sharpeners.  They will wear out.     Trying to put an edge on a blade that hasn't been sharpened can do 'em in if ya don't have patience.    Quilty as charged.
