I had a real rough day today so when I got home the first thing I did was grab my bow and head to the yard. After a bit of shooting I started to relax and next thing you know I was laughing. Man it's good therapy. I love trad.   :archer2:

Yup bows and arrows should be wedding gifts and job bonus gifts.

I have so much fun just shooting in my back yard. Very relaxing and I never get tired of it.

Do you realize how much people pay for this kind of therapy! Maybe we can use that when explaining why we had to buy that new bow to our wives!

Well said. It helps a person relax and sort things out. Great therapy. I shoot in my basement whenever the mood strikes me.
