I just completed a set of new arrows.  Each arrow is completely composed of materials bought from Tradgang sponsors.  Axis shafts from Kustom King, Fred Bear feathers burned with a burner from 3Rivers Archery, plus custom arrow wraps of my design produced by OneStringer.  The completed arrows are now in my Art Vincent Stalker and Kanati bow quiver.  Finally, the new arrows are matched to my new Tall Tines Recurve.  Are there any items that can't be found on this website?  HA!

Johnathan from 3ivers posted a chopper update on a different thread.  For those of you who can't wait and would like to have your own chopper made there is a downloadable drawing I posted on this thread.  I actually burned all of my arrows as that's how Fred did the arrows that he gave me.  I simply formed a burner ribbon to precisely match the shape of Fred's feather.

Great story Gary and some fine memories you have as well.

That is a sweet story. I've been wondering about fletch shapes a bit, being newer to trad shooting, 1.5 yrs now. I bet Fred thought a lot about it! Thanks for sharing that story.
