Kromer style hat

Anyone purchased a Kromer style hat from Classic Bowman Woolens? If so, how do the sizes run. I wear a 7 1/4 Kromer. Would that be a medium in Rob's hat. I emailed him but never got a response.

I have emailed the Classic Bowman guys sooooo many times. I even got a response once, that a catalog was in the mail. Never got it.

Buy the Kromer. Outstanding customer service.

Not the way to get a business off the ground.Too bad, because his patterns and products certainly fill a niche but customer satisfaction and service is the name of the game these days.

I requested a catalog from the web site a few weeks ago and I had it within a few days...

The hats do look nice, I was thinking of ordering one also.

Dear Fellow Classic Bowman,   I am not sure what the problem is, I respond personally to each and every message-I have sent out catalogs every day.
My web site is almost complete, those of you who have e-commerce sites understand the back  coding involved in doing a top notch site.
It has been very frustrating,Web site should launch with week of Jan 1 or sooner.

As I use 85/15 wool produced 100% in the USA
Sprcial Colors--- or my design .

I emailed Rob at the address he gave above and got a quick response. Apparently the one listed on his website gets you no where. That's the one I used previously.
