Easton FMJ bear-hunting arrow question

I have a #69 TallTines and I am trying for the for a 700 gr arrow ballpark? Right now I am shooting a GT 75/95 traditional with a 200 gr up front. This only gives me a 530 gr arrow.
Question: Would the Easton FMJ 300's be too stiff to get about 250 grains up front?

Also what broadheads do you guys like to use for bear? Would big snuffers get the penetration that I need?

No @ 69# and 250gr up front they should be perfect.

I think you would be good with 300s also.  That is PLENTY of horsepower for a big Snuffer on anything.

With black bears it's all about shot placement.  I've killed three black bears now and had a friend kill two.  Average recovery was 35 yards.  All double lung shots, all pass throughs like a hot knife through butter and all from bows between 50 lb Bear Grizzly to a 60 lb Super Shrew (my last bear with this and Easton Axis at 525 grains using 3 blade Razorcap). Other than my last bear with a Razorcap, the rest were shot with Zwickey Delta 2 blade heads on 500-550 grain cedar arrows.  

Heavy arrows and Snuffers are fine, but I'd worry more about accuracy with bears.  A poorly hit bear will go forever

I'm shooting a 70# bighorn & pull 29.5 with FMJ 340's with 350 to 415 grains up front (depending on my broadhead choice)They fly like tack drivers w/bullet holes thru paper.I have found the 300's to be on the stiff side.Can't get them tuned too that setup.I think the 340's would serve you better.

FMJ comes in Dangerous Game Size as well at 17grns per inch they are nice and heavy.
