Not a bad question sir! I have often wished this wonderful site had a comprehensive  list of archery definitions!
Morrison Shawnee, Longbow Limbs- 47.5# @ 28 1/2", 45.5# @ 28 1/2"

Tillering is just adjusting the bend of the limbs by selectively removing limb material until they are properly balanced.
