All right,

Can anyone tell me how these two compare?  I've had sever Royals but have never shot a Liberty Chief.  They look like very similar mild R/D bows but is there any difference to speak of in performance? (i.e. speed, hand shock, noise...)  And,what is the difference between the Chief and the Chief Elite?

WOW, 2 nice bows. I prefer the chief but actually shot the wallace better.   BILL

Steelhead

The chiefs a nice bow.I would call it moderate  R and D,not mild really. It has some good reflex and does not string up in a D shape.Very well made and shoots nice.

Never had a Wallace Royal.

BS, wanted to add after shooting and owning MANY ,ild bows. I am now shooting a Dwyer original.   BILL

The ones I have shot had the same feel. They are very close to the same bow.
It's not the arrival, it's the journey.

In profile, the limbs look very similar.  Are they similar in thickness?  How many laminations does a Chief have?

Elk whisperer

my royal is fast both great bows the chief might be a little more dead in the hand
The older I get the better I was
