Thanks bownutts and Tradgang

After finding this site and lurking for a while and finally joining I have found that this site has a great bunch of folks. Other sites I've joined are good also, but there's something different about Tradgang. There's a comaraderie and friendship that is just there. The atmosphere is unlike any other site I've seen or participated in.

I recently posted about some carbons for sale or trade. Good response. Ended up trading with bownutts. Great guy Scott is. Well, the arrows he sent me arrived today, a rainy day here in central NC. Like a kid at Christmas I had to get into the package quickly. Nearly cut my finger closing up my knife after cutting the packing tape. Saw the very nice cedars lying there just asking to be shot. Debating shooting in the rain and even dare to get'em wet, I couldn't resist.

I grabbed just two and strung up the longbow. Shot them to look at flight. Flight was good. Shot the next two times to test for accuracy, within my limits, of course.

Here's shot number three and four from the LB with the newly traded arrows. I was trying to hit the big green circle on the cedar shavings bag from 15 yards.

Thanks Scott for a nice set of cedars. Just hope the carbons shoot as well for you.
