I used to switch from 10 gr per pound of draw weight on whitetail to 12gr on Elk in the past, but after spending August and September practicing and hunting with 12gr p# arrows, and getting really good accuracy and speed from my new bow, I'm thinking of staying with those heavier arrows for everything. What do you do?
one arrow for everything, or do you switch?

I have two recurves and they are different poundages as you can see in my signature. One bow shoots a 2117 arrow and the other bow shoots a 2114 arrow. As for GPP (grains per pound), they are very heavy arrows, but all of my shots are never past 20 yards drop so trajectory is a non factor for me.

I worked up heavier arrows for a moose hunt, got used to them and now use that weight for everything.I am used to the trajectory and all my bows are set up for app. the same GPP weight arrows. If I hunt antelope or elk,I can use any bow and flight is very similar with each setup.
