Since it had cooled down to about 90, I decided to go out for a couple of hours tonight.

When I got to my area there were 2 does walking through the area ... I froze and watched the route they took.  I then picked a tree guessing the next deer would walk the same way.

About an hour later a nice doe walked through just about 5 steps out of range (would have been perfect for the tree I normally use).  I tried to call her back a couple of times buy no go.

Maybe next time.

At least your seeing deer thats is half the battle.Our mast crop is so abundant this year it has really limited the deer movement.
