how do I make a simple lamination press?

I have gotten an all clear by my school and shop teacher to assemble a lamination press and make a longbow but I would like some suggestions or pointers to get started. I have a basic idea of what I need to do to make a press but I'm still not sure how to do it. I have made some bows using staves but I've never attempted anything like this. I want to stay away from fiberglass and use woods such as bamboo and cherry and I have an idea of the design I'm going to use but does anyone know anything about making all wood laminated longbow?
