i bought a blackwidow 64" 42# @32", my draw is 29" and the wieght is around 45#, i was considering beman 500 series. will the 500 be ok, if not what would be? my cabon express 350's shot good. the truth is i'm not totally clear on foc and gpi.

the 350's are probaly going to be way to heavy fot your bow. I shoot a 47# BW PMA and the CX 150 should work the best.

Check your post, if the bow is 42#s at 32"s than at 29"s it will be about 33#s or so. if you meant at 28"s and it is 45#s at your draw than a 30" 500 series with 225 grains of point weight should get ya very close on spine! Shawn

oops! your right it's 52# at 32" draw. what was i thinking?

RocketDog

You are right at the overlap of 500 and 400.  %00 with a heavy point, 400 with a lighter point.  Might even get by with 500 and a lighter point.

Would be nice if you could try a few of each before you commit big $.

I have a 30" draw and can use 500 with 100gr point or 400 with 125 gr point at 42 -48 #.
Blessed are the peacemakers

You must be very excited about your new bow, Bucksdown.  Look at the numbers in your second post.   :bigsmyl:
