Got an-email from Abe Penner this morning. My Cari-bow Peregrine has been shipped. Unfortunately the tracking number doen't work, but maybe they haven't activated it yet.
Oh well, I just hope I will be holding my new bow next week and it arrives in one piece......

Remember, for years we did not have tracking numbers (like cell phones), and things worked pretty well. Cheer up, your bow is being shipped, for you could be still waiting on the glue up.

I think it usually takes 24 hours for tracking numbers to enter the system before you can track them on the internet.

Congrats on the Cari-bow. I had my first chance to shoot Abe's bows at Compton's this year and found them to be great looking, great shooting bows. Don't forget to post pics when you track your bow down.

Don't be too concerned about the tracking number. They only work half the time. It all depends on whether that particular worker is scanning them in or not.

limblover is right about the tracking no. not working half the time . Ive just quit using them because the po wont scan them in and out .

If it is a UPS tracking number, remember that the UPS Stores have a different tracking system from UPS, so be sure you're on the right website.

ya i havve a bow coming should be here today or tommorrow and the tracking number shows where it was checked in and says it hasnt moved in three days.thats why i like the delivery confrimation.Know wonder the p.o.is loosing there rears....

I recently bought a bow from a TG member and he sent me the USPS tracking number. The bow made it here before the tracking status was ever updated.

I expect that my first longbow will be shipped this-coming week, so I fully understand your excitement and apprehension! (not like others on here here dont as well!       ) I suspect that once I find out that mine's been shipped, I'll be on pins and needles too! I just checked out Cari-bow's website, and MAN, DO THEY LOOK AWESOME! Lookin forward to seein your pics if you post 'em. I know I'll be postin pics of mine as soon as it arrives!     :D
