Was permitted to loose my first arrows since rotator cuff surgery (3/4/10) tonight.  I can't describe how good it felt to shoot even if it was only 5 arrows...   :thumbsup:

Stay with very low poundage and don't over do it.  Good Luck!

I bet it felt good just to be able to shoot.  My doc said, you need a new hobby!  My elbow hurts, my shoulder, my back, but I would never consider getting a new hobby!

Tell him you don't have a hobby, don't have enough time with your busy life of bowhunting.
