Well, I went and did it. I do have a sickness. I just got off the phone with Herb. I have a new Pronghorn coming made special for my sheep hunt. I figure what the heck. Once in a lifetime hunt deserves a special bow. I am getting a 60" one piece, mid to upper 50's, zebrawood riser, elm cores, and zebrawood veneers. I had wanted red elm limbs, but Herb want's to make this bow a looker! He's also adding Bighorn sheep tips. How cool? I can't wait!

ps-you may see a couple Pronghorns in the classifieds as my wife says I don't need 12 or 13 Pronghorns! It is time to thin the herd, just got a nice PH recurve in the mail today.  :)

Congrats I am loving my zebrawood pronghorn. Great bows and good luck on your hunt.

Congratulations, Shedrock, on both the sheep tag and the new Pronghorn.  I traded into a 3 pc Pronghorn LB a couple of years ago, and it is on the keeper rack.  It's an excellent hunting bow.

I have noticed you guys that shoot pronghorns are very loyal to them. It must be a great bow. I met a guy at a shoot last summer in wy. that had one and he loved it offered to let me shoot it but is was way to many pounds for me and my shoulder. Congrats on the sheep tag and new bow order.

can't wait to see the pic's! have allways loved the Pronghorns and one is on my wish list some day.

I am on the list for a TD 58" it will be my first Pronghorn when it arrives.I went with the basic Brown hickory and Red Elm Limbs. If I shoot this one well I could see myself getting alittle fancy matching wood combo Pronghorn soon down the road.

Sounds like it will be a nice one Tracy. Dont pronghorns normally run in herds of twelve of thirteen.

Must be nice congrats. I am planning on another set of limbs for the one I have now, but----

If any you are planning on letting go are a one piece in the low 60lbs maybe a little brotherhood of the bow early warning Wyomingite action  ;)

Tater

Sounds like a very special bow, Herb will do it up right.

Pronghorns are tops in my opinion.  One of the finest shooting longbows that I've shot and own. I've been entertaining ordering another, although I haven't told the Mrs. yet.  Best of luck with your hunt.

Mr. Shedrock has another great suprise. If I was you Tracy I would stay inside during a thunder storm with your luck at the low odds you may get struck by lightning.

Congrats again man.
