I am pretty psyched because I put in a LOT of miles learning this area last year and after this summer scouting may actually have a good stash of honey holes.

No luck for me on the draw!  All these young punks that win 3-D shoots jumped into my unit with a bunch of points, huh Jake    .  Looks like I'll have to wait until next year (only had a slight chance to draw this year).  Didn't hear your score Jake but heard you won.  Nice shooting and good luck with elk.

I'll be hunting an otc unit, but my buddy has some good honey holes. I would be thrilled just to fill the freezer with a cow anyway.

Thanks Mark...I think   :confused:    :D   Looking forward to having a chance at a decent bull.  We need to get together and do some shooting and of course some scouting.  I will get some bulls located for you for next year.

If I won, it was dumb luck!  The first round was one of my better rounds, but the second was just a step above pathetic!...  When I turned in the card, there was nobody there, so I just sat it on the chair...didn't know if it would be found or not.

Drew a tag in the White River area.  Now I need to find out how the rest of the group did.  Might be another solo year since I had the most preference points.  Either way I am looking forward to the opportunity to chase Wapiti again!
