Hello gang,

I am thinking about a name on my new bow for which I have to wait still 5 months.... I don't wan't to put my own name on it, but give the bow a name.

After long thinking the name "Gotcha" popped in my head....

"Gotcha" is what I say freqently when my arrow hits the killzone.
But "Gotcha" also reflects the result of my long search for a new bow, and now I finally found it.

Well, just thoughts I wanted to share with you. reactions or any other ideas or suggestions are welcome.
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]                            :rolleyes:

If it means something to you then go with it. Thats part of the fun. Make it your own way! Isn't that what it's all about? Personally I like it!

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Sounds good to me. I have a tendency  to name mine after the bows appearance . (Example) Blondie, Short Stuff, and Twisted . No matter what you name the bow it has a meaning to you which makes it good.
I try not to let my mind wander...It is too small and fragile to be out by itself.

If I named my bows they would allhave to be called OOPS. LOL.

Keith Zimmerman

Great name you picked out!  I have never named my bows.  I just call them Schafer, Widder, Styk, Bighorn, ...whatever.

Brock

as stated....if it means something it should go on her.  I only named one of my bows...my first jeffery that I put snakeskins on...I just wrote MEDUSA on limb near riser so I could see it when sitting in stand...above it I wrote PICK A SPOT!

LOL

Thats a way to personalize a bow and have the name travel with the bow without it being a resale issue!
