Anyone have a picture of a BW PSA that shows the side mount inserts?

I need to install bushings for a side mount quiver on a BW PSA and was wondering were BW puts them.  BW will do it for the cost of shipping but that runs about $60 round trip and they will sell theirs to you for a dollar apiece.
