Hi Bill,
Thank you my lottery packet arrived Friday, I hope luck is with me this year, I do have several pref points.  Looking forward to hunting your state one of these years,

Thanks Bill,
I'm putting in for Maine, Vermont, and NH.

Hi Bill,
Was wondering if you heard Bob Helpin died back in Sept.  He had competed against you at the Muzzy shoot a couple years ago. He had lung cancer. Just thought you might like to know.

Bil: Any advise for the outsiders for areas to apply?  I see what I would apply for based on harvest % but do these areas correspond with access to public lands?  Thanks.

Thanks Bill.  I have been putting in w/a friend of mine for 3 years now which was the first time I saw your reminder way back then.

I would like to think I will draw someday, and in the mean time, NH gets some money from me every year.

Do you get a kick back? Just kidding 'cause I really do appreciate it.  :-)

VT:  same question, any thoughts on public lands with mooses in Vermont?

Bill Carlsen

Dan: Sent you a PM regarding Bob.

To all you others. The best way to pick good areas for success is to basically start at the Northern most areas and work you way south. All the areas in the White Mountains are difficult because you cannot get it on motorized vehicles so if you can do the physical requirements (you will most likely have to quarter your moose to get it out) avoid the areas in the White Mtns...it's all federal land and has restricted access but if you know where to go it's pretty good hunting. I have hunted in 1A, E3, D1 and L so I can be helpful for any of you that get one of those areas.

Good luck.
