does anyone here use one?  Looking at options for a new quiver this season and was looking into this one.  First and foremost is it quiet?  Durable?  Ease of use?  Comfortable?

I would be using it for spot & stalk hunts out here in the SouthWest.

Use one in Michigan, I dont like the feel of anything on my bow.

I love my cat quiver 3 1/2. The 4 has a waist belt and I ended up buying one to add to the 3 1/2. You can stuff a lot into that pack also. The only thing I don't really care for is if I have broadhead arrows in the quiver the arrows with blunts don't stay in the quiver because they are to short without adding a little block of foam. So I end up just taking a few screw on blunt tips in a pocket and carry a single blunt tipped arrow as I'm walking

If you dislike a bow quiver it is quite the space saver!Arrows and all your day items in one place.I use one for wheel bow hunting,as I like a bow quiver on my recurves.Very handy item!I have the CQ II.    

I think it's biggest downfall is all of you arrows have to be the same.Head length on the same arrow makes a difference.

I use a cat 1 if I'm only going for a few hours.
If I'm gone all day I'll take my 3&1/2. There easy to remove a arrow or hang next to me in a tree.

I have a CQ mini,a CQ I and a CQ III...great quivers and I use all of them depending on the hunt

I had & still have a couple different Cats and they just don't fit my pistol.  I much prefer a side or hip quiver and a pack of whatever size I need for the situation.

To me, a Cat just feel stiff & unnatural on my back, and that back handed, blind broadhead draw past my leg made me nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.  I just never got used to it...

The quiver I like best is a Chuck Adams Arrow Holster I bought a good 22 or more years back.
It's similar to a Selway Hip Quiver,  but can be
changed from LH to RH quickly, holds up to 10 arrows, and can be converted to a side quiver by simply attaching a shoulder strap between the belt loop extension and the leather tab on the bottom which has a hole so as to hang it for storage or on stand.

I haven't seen one for sale anywhere for a good 10 or 12 years if not more.  Wished I had bought two or three at the time.  They were made of heavy saddle leather and there's no rerason they won't last for generations with a little care.

Maybe someday I'll see if I can get Thunderhorn or Selway to cover the hood with leather, it's bare black plastic, and the only part of the design I don't like...

I also like the GFA Side Quiver, but the arrow grippers leave a lot to be desired.  Seems the small is generally too small and the large too large for the shafts I use...

I tried one, hated it.  Not a good option for a big guy, IMO.  Much better, to me, is an Arrowmaster and if you need storage wear a daypack or fanny pack.  Much more comfortable (especially if you sit down), much easier to remove and replace an arrow.

I have one.  7 1/2 model maybe?  I picked it up in Cabela's Bargain cave for a song.  The only down side is it's got the quiver on the right side and I shoot left handed.  So, I carry a 3 arrow bow quiver and use the cat quiver for extra's.  I also have attached my tree stand seat to the bottom of the waist pack and I use it for my spring turkey hunts out west.  It works well.  I can either sit on it or detach it and kneel (sp?) on it.  I like it.  Very versitile.

I have the 7 and love it. Especially when still hunting around WY. I use a solo stalker and the cat. As far as blunts I believe I bought them from 3 rivers but there is a round rubber adaptor that attaches to the quiver and allows for 1 to 1.5 inch shorter arrows easy fix.

I like'm, only sometimes I find it hard to put an arrow back in with it on. But good quality,and easy to use, great for sill hunting and bow hikes.
