Rod makes a longer hood for his quivers.  Do you know if you have the short or the long hood?

Nope dunno  - got mine from 3 rivers and didn't know they came with longer or shorter hoods - looks like I need the longer one - I will contact him directly and see.

Yup I am guessing it has the standard or shorter hood on it.  Rod should be able to set you up with what you need.

He sent me one when the longer broadheads I shot caused me the same problem. Great guy, Rod Jenkins, and a great product.

My arrows with broadheads are just over 34" long.  With the longer hood they can easily be put into or withdrawn from mine.

Jerry Wald

Do you guys sink your broadheads into the foam at the bottom or just let them loose in there.

field tips just "loose", broadheads are sunk in the foam.  And, FWIW, some of my arrows are 35" without a BH mounted  :scared:  .  My arrowmaster handles heads like WW's and Stos with the long hood on those shafts...

Great product!

I can vouch for that   :bigsmyl:   My arrows are 29" without the heads so they are short compared to a lot of others. Sometimes if my hood is not sitting just right I have a problem getting mine out so when I get to the stand I'll just let it hang, problem solved if things heat up.
