anyone know the difference between the viper ultra and the viper ss . and have any pros or cons of either?i was thinking of getting the ultra but not sure.

I have used a Viper for years and it is a good stand. I looked at an Ultra but I leave my stands out sometimes and figured all that surround seat would just soak up rain.
