My broken wrist is finally healed so I'm back to my bow. any members here from maine? after not using my right hand for really anything for 2 months my #45 bow feels so much heavier than it used to.
it is the wind and the waves not the work that wear out the sails

That cold weather is gonna talk to ya a little mreo than it used to as well! broken both my arms a couple times as well as a shoulder. At 36 I am a walking barometer! LOL

I broke my bow elbow last winter so I know how you feel. It akes time to heal and you'll have good and bad days but keep at it.

try to shoot several times a day instead of one big session. It won't take long and you will be back to normal.

Way to go.  I recovered from torn elbow tendon surgery and thought I'd never shoot a bow other than a lady's bow again.  Finally I'm back at my old weight as good as ever.
