Whats your thoughts on the Bob Lee take down with the 15 " riser. I'm new to trad shooting so my knowledge of is limited at best. My draw length is 28" and looking at the 58" bow with the 15 " riser for hunting as well as target.

I have a take-down longbow 58" 18" riser, Draw 29" and have no problem. The 15" riser should just be better as far as I can see. I'm going to get another set of limbs-longer and lighter just for target and 3-D. I think you are making an excellent choice.But...look at Riversedge, They make a short riser also and its a nice one...just a thought.

Is there any sign of stacking and what speeds are you getting compaired to other bows you have owned. I'm thinking on getting 50-52# draw. Should be lots for hunting.

I shoot a Bob Lee Classic 62" with  a long Riser it is smooth as silk, I like a longer bow I feel it shoots better for me. Blake

I have the longer riser but I shoot a gap, but you can't go wrong with a bob lee

woodsman 365

Sorry for being ignorant but what do you mean (shoot a gap)?

ron w

Gap is the method he uses to aim....what he sees in his sight picture. Don't be sorry ,the only foolish question is the one you don't ask!!!
