Are they all the same regardless of total BH weight? I assume they are but I just want to be sure. Thanks

DesertDude

Jason, I have a call into Magnus, I'll let you know as soon as I find out.

lpcjon2: The 4 blade Magnus Stingers are not designed to be shot without the bleeder blades installed.

Jason, the Stinger bleeders are all the same.  The bleeder packaging has not yet caught up to the relatively new 150 grain heads, and are still marked 100 and 125, but they also fit the 150.

Like Dude said, 4 blade Stingers should not be shot without the bleeders installed it will compromise the integrity of the head.  If you want a 2 blade Stinger you should purchase them as such.

Hope this helps, Tim

Just an FYI the main blades for the 125 and 150 are the same as well.  I weighed both.  The only difference is the ferrel.  The bleeders are also the same weight.

Jason Kendall

Thanks for the info guys, I already bought some bleeders off of Tim on 9-26 when I didnt get a response.

Has anyone notice that the bledder blades rattle?

Avid Archer

I stopped the rattle in my Stingers by removing the bleeder and putting a small piece of masking tape where the bleeder sits, replace the bleeder, and trim any excess tape. Works like a charm.

Mine fit so tight I've never noticed a rattle.  Have to "pop" them out to resharpen them.

Jason Kendall

Yep, 4 out of the 9 I have do. A little drop of glue took care of it.

twitchstick

Good ideas on the blades,I have used string wax myself.

lpcjon2

I did not know they were needed for the integrity.I learned something as well.
