I know that. I'm talking the pic in post #1 with the 3 bows. The orange/green one on the right.

The American system of democracy will prevail until that moment when politicians discover that they can bribe the electorate with their own money

I talked to Ed today, getting a sinew backed osage owl bow, 50#@30", he says it will be about 60-61" long, can't wait  :)

They are great bows, and real killers as well.  I find them silent and very deadly ... so do the deer.  You are gonna love it!!

Yes, Ed does have a website as posted above.  I'm working on my wife to see if I can pay Ed a visit and "learn from the master".

Mr. Scott has a site, though he doesn't operate it.  Www.edscott.us  or some such. His work is superb. I have a white oak sinew bow he made for me a few years ago. It really zips and is quiet and pretty, with a fine shelf cut in too. Great bows.
Silence is golden.

Owl Bows have been on my "to-do" list but I haven't taken the plunge.  Obviously, an endorsement from Mr. Ron just adds to what a lot of folks already know or have suspected  :)  Two great men and gifts to our beloved sport/lifestyle IMO!!
Have a nice day!

Hopewell Tom

Read this thread yesterday and had a dream last night of me with an Owl Bow.
I agree with the kestimator, when Ron speaks, people listen. And dream...
