A BIG SHOUT-OUT FOR BRAVEHEART ARCHERY

just wanted to shout out "HOORAY" for Braveheart Archery. what an outstanding resource. i was browsing the sites sat morning when i saw on the braveheart site 150 gr magnus stingers. having not seen these in person i just had to get some. i was going to email them and see if they had any in stock b4 ordering. having blown up my wife's laptop @3 weeks ago i was leery of doing anything she hadn't setup to be protected yet. so i sent him a pm. sat morning he graciously returned my pm answering my question and more. i ordered 2 paks sat morning b4 leaving with my son for his football game not thinking anymore about it. today, i said TODAY, when i got home from work they were sitting on my porch. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!! total commitment to his customers. not heard of much these days. i thank you and you will definitely have my business in the future. tim.

I just placed an order 0 dark 30 this morning and later in the morning I get an email from Tim that they are mailed! Outstanding!

I like the fact that if you need something small and inexpensive, you not paying more for shipping than that actual item, a big selling point to me!

I had a similar situation last week. I bought some broadheads from Tim and when I opened they I found them to be not ground completely. I sent him an email and he called back within an hour. He shipped me replacements right away. Now all is good.
