Bow Refurbishing

I did a few searches, but I didn't come up with what I was looking for.

My brother dropped off a 64 inch, 41# Bear Kodiak that is fundamentally good, but needs some holes filled and refinish work. I have seen a couple of people mentioned on this site that do good work, but I can't locate their contact information. Can someone please help me out?
