I got to enjoy lots of stories over Lunch as Jack Denbow & his lovely wife Liz stopped by on their way for a weeks vacation in Maine.  

I was looking for someone who sold goose feathers.  Jack PM'd me saying they were going by and would drop some off.  I cut myself off for a few hours and had a delightful afternoon with the Denbows.  

Jack, Thanks for the stories & the feathers too...Doc

What a great way to spend an afternoon.  Jack is one of the good guys for sure!  Sounds like a good time  :campfire:

Wow, WRB Jack Denbow. I just saw one of his latest kills in PBS mag. He just keeps racking them up. If only one day I.............

Jack is not only "The World Renowned Bowhunter", but he is one of the finest arrowsmiths there is.  He makes a "Purty" arrow.... O' did I mention he has an appetite like a horse?    :biglaugh:  

This is one of the goose feathered arrows I got from Jack a while back....

Jack was kind enough to leave a supply of goose feathers as a tip for lunch  :bigsmyl:  I know I got the better of that deal plus all the stories being swapped back and forth.  I had to call my clinic and have my associates pick up a couple of my appointments.  Heck, I was having such a good time I almost hopped in their car to go to Maine with them...Doc
