I just got off the phone with Ron and wanted to say thanks for answering my questions...I'm looking forward to tackling the Grizzlies and will get the 4 other stones for my knife sharpener soon.  I think I might have called during dinner hours so if I interrupted I apologize...didn't look at the clock before I called.

It's nice when you call customer service and getting the top person at the company!  It takes all the "lost in translation" out of the equation.

As others have stated...I'm also looking for old knives/broadheads to sharpen!  I found some Nuge Wackmasters this morning and I'm going to sharpen those tonight when I get home from work.

Ron your products just plain WORK! Before I got my KME knife sharpener I was seriously disfunctional when it came to getting ANYTHING sharp. Your products are made in the USA and are of a fine quality. Customer service is second to none too.Beside your a nice guy. I'm proud to call you my friend. Over a year ago when I first ordered the KME broadhead sharpener they were temporarily out of stock for a week or two, it wasn't very long and Ron let me know it would be delayed a short while.So when it came there was a little extra in my package. Two arkansas stones and a Norton stone, together worth more than the price of the sharpener and very good stones to boot.What more can I say? Great product and customer service above and beyond!!!   Bob

Just spoke to you today for the first time and enjoyed the talk.  Thought I ought to run my BH a few more times through the KME sharpener before taking them out, its a good thing I did.  Had a 4ft + rattler just in front of me and pinned him to the ground thanks to your product.  Looking forward to those razor sharp grizzlys on the way!

I just can't thank Ron enough for helping those of us with no patience to make a seriously dangerous single bevel broadhead from a slab of metal.
