No it's definitely a deer, with a goiter, and a bleeding ulcer. Poor thing.

Mid-may is about the earliest you will see in most northern states. Where I live in NY most fawns drop the end of may and first week of June. No clue what the red patch is. Shawn

I'm actually very ashamed of any selfbowyers for failing to point out the osage trees behind her. I see 20 bows in that pic.

looks to me like she misscarried and the tail is up like the baby is stuck. j.m.o. she may need help.i'm no whitetail expert but after blowing up the pic and cleaning it up with my handy dandy pentax acdsee it looks like a deer to me.
