I'm wondering what the recomended brace height is for a Kota Killum. Does kota have the same for long bows and recurves? Hoping someone can help me on this one. I would think long bows may be shorter. Thanks.

I have two and was told by Tim that the Kill-um is good around 7.5" from the back of the shelf.

He states this because even though his grips are almost identical they very a tough, but the back of the shelf is always the same.

Give him a call and I'm sure he'll work though it with ya.

I've heard that they like a longer brace around 8" to 8.5" from the throat of the grip so this makes sense.

Both of our Kota longbows like it at 7"(back of the shelf).  Not sure on the recurve.  You are going to love that bow!  Tim makes some great ones.
