I have a recuve with an indian head strike plate, but no name of any kind.  All it has is #261 L52W45 N1293

I get the length and weight, but not what the draw length at that weight would be. I assume 28" Also on the #261 the # could be something different. It is a little way away from the 261 and with the wood grain could be something else. Maybe even FF. I would like the same info on this bow. I think it was new around '74. I was told to use a 49" string.

I used an Indian-made in Idiana i think-in the 1960's.  Loved that bow, but it delaminated in the attic while i was in RVN.  I missed a nice buck in the Wi river bottoms in 1969-never will forget the sight, teh sounds and the smell!  Lots of rabbits, but never a deer. it sshould be 52 in long and 45#  the other numbers are probably model number
Cast a long shadow-you may provide shade to someone who needs it.  Semper Fi
