grizzly brace height?????

what would the ideal brace height be on a 56 " 53 lbs recurve . and a good arrow to shoot.

Shoot any arrow that tunes well!

What is your draw length? Do you plan to use wood, aluminum or carbon arrows?

Wood = 55-60 POC would be a good start depending on draw

Aluminum = 2016 or 2018 depending on draw and point weight

Carbon = start with 500 spine again, depending on point weight and draw length

There are way more variables to choosing an arrow than just draw weight. These will give you a place to start, but a lot depends on your draw length and what you plan to use for point weight. Front of center is also a consideration worth looking at. Do some searches here and you'll find hours of reading material.
