Anyone do anything neat with nocks or arrow rests?

Swamp Pygmy

I had a narrow shelf on my longbow and I wanted to extend the shelf and dress up the riser a bit since my grip hides most of it.

I was going to use my first pig tusk, but since I still haven't acquired one I'm glad I didn't wait. I bought a piece of wooly mammoth ivory that I thought matched my wood and made a shelf extension with it.

I never seen much work done for arrow rests, but occasionally string nocks will be worked. So does anybody have wood carvings on their bow? Or string nocks made from your first deer's antler or something like that?  Lets see pics.

Here is mine. I think it came out pretty nice. People comment on it occasionally. I also like that all of my arrows cross over a piece of mammoth ivory before their destination.

My grip slipped down, it's normally flush with the ivory.
