G5 Meta nocks and inserts ???????

I allways have a problem with knocks getting too loose or out of shape of i am going to try the G5 meta knocks and inserts on my next dozen goldtips. Has anyone tried these, if nothing else, i guess they will bump up weight a few grains. Thanks
