Single bevel Eclipse sharpenning "HELP"

I am fileling the heck out of these heads . I can get a paper cutting edge but that is as good as it gets . Is there a sharpening system that will get me a ""SCARY SHARP EDGE"" ? Where do you get your leather strops , from a barber supply house ?
